What should I wear for our visit?

From the car park, there is a short walk to reach our Santa’s Village so please dress appropriately for the weather. If it has rained a few days before your visit, we would recommend wellies for the walk to and from the car.

Do you take cash?

Unfortunately not. We are a cashless event and can only accept credit/debit card.

Do you serve food and drink?

We serve hot/cold drinks as well as alcoholic drinks. We also offer sweet treats. 

Is parking free on site?

Yes, parking is free. 

Do we need to print our tickets?

No need to print your tickets, you can use your Smartphone for your digital ticket; please ensure your phone is fully charged for the ticket and barcode to be legible.

Do you have a first aider on site?

Yes, we will always have at least one first aider on site & also a defibrillator available.

Can I bring our dog?

No dogs or pets of any kind are allowed on site or to be left in cars in the car park at any time. With the exception of service/guide dogs.

Do you offer discounts for students/Blue Light or NHS?

With an apology, we do not offer any discounts for students/Blue Light or NHS workers.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes, please speak to member of staff.

Will each child receive a present from Santa?

Yes, every child ticket includes an age appropriate present from Santa.

What ages is the toddler experience appropriate for?

The toddler experience is appropriate for ages 0-3 years. The experience is designed for families to enjoy and create memories. For a babies 1st Christmas, it’s the perfect opportunity to capture their first time meeting Santa.
